My name is Nic Jantzen, I was raised in the small town of Adams, Nebraska. I graduated from Freeman High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with Highest Distinction. I then attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law. I began my career working with another attorney in private practice focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation law here in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have been in the private practice of law handling personal injury and workers’ compensation claims for over six years.
When I am not in the office, I spend time with my wife Kalika, and our two young daughters Awmenah and Emalyn, at our home here in Lincoln, Nebraska. We also spend a lot of time with our extended families, most of whom live in eastern Nebraska.
I am a court-appointed legal guardian for an individual for whom I provided direct support services during my undergraduate and law school education. I am also on the Board of Directors for The HUB-Central Access Point for Young Adults, a Nebraska non-profit corporation.
